I've always been a maker.

Long before Pupurishu Studios had a name, creativity was how I moved through the world — making, painting, writing, building, imagining, and figuring things out as I went.

Professionally, that instinct led me into creative production, where I’ve spent more than a decade bringing ambitious ideas to life. I learned how to take something from a conversation or a sketch on a page and turn it into something real — coordinating people, solving problems, managing all the moving pieces, and protecting the creative idea along the way.

But eventually, I wanted to make more things with my own hands.

So I started painting.

One wall became another. Windows became canvases. Libraries and schools became places to tell stories. Workshops gave me the chance to create alongside kids. And somewhere in the middle of all of it, Pupurishu Studios grew from an idea into a creative home for everything I love to make.

Today, my work lives at the intersection of art, storytelling, production, and community.

Whether I’m producing a creative project, painting a mural, designing a window, building a workshop, or dreaming up an entirely new world, I’m still doing what I’ve always done: taking an idea and figuring out how to make it real.
